This women-only program at the Deer Path YMCA is designed for those who may feel intimidated at the throught of joining a gym or feel that they are too out of shape to get started with a fitness program and stay motivated to achieve their goals.
This program offers group exercise classes and individual strength/fitness instruction and support. Classes and indivdual instruction are offered Monday through Friday at variously scheduled mid-day and evening hours.
