Moving for Better Balance is a 60 minute Tai Chi based class that helps participants feel stronger, have better balance, greater flexibility and feel more confident in every day activities.  It is a 16 week program that meets twice a week at our Deer Path Branch, each class builds upon the next for greater success. Registration is required.

Schedule:
Mondays and Wednesdays at Deer Path 3:00pm to 4:00pm

Full Members: Included w/Membership
Program Members: $25
Non-Members:  $50
