Susan Sinclair is a Personal Trainer, Wellness Mentor and YMCA Diabetes Prevention Program Lifestyle & Maintenance Coach for the Hunterdon County YMCA. She was born in Middletown New York, raised in Monroe New York and then moved to Roselle New Jersey as a teenager. She then lived in Clark New Jersey up until 21 years ago when she headed west to beautiful Hunterdon County, living in High Bridge and now residing in Lebanon Township. She was first a member of the Hunterdon County YMCA in 2000 and then became a WITS Certified Personal Fitness Trainer after completing her internship at the Hunterdon County YMCA in June of 2009. She started working for HCYMCA in January 2010. Susan specializes in Senior Fitness and understands the special challenges older adults and people with limitations face. Susan also works full time for the Hunterdon Healthcare System as a scheduler for Visiting Health & Supportive Services and is a former Non-Certified Home Health Aide who worked with the home-bound elderly and chronically ill. Susan has three daughters, two of which are grown and living on their own in Cape May, New Jersey and Baltimore, Maryland which gives her the opportunity to enjoy wonderful vacation spots while spending time with her girls. Susan also enjoys being outdoors bicycling and hiking. 

Susan believes there are no limitations to your health and fitness goals except for the limitations you place on yourself. Believe in yourself and you can achieve anything!
