TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING
The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. TRX Session Descriptions:
Break & ReMake: Not for the faint of heart. This session challenges mental grit, as well as physical stamina. When you’re ready for a workout with an intensity dumbbells can not match, this is the session for you.
TRX Circuit: Full body boot-camp style cardio/strength workout. Intermediate to Advanced.
TRX Gold: Workout designed to make daily living activities easier; focuses on joint mobility, strength, balance and flexibility movements. All Fitness Levels.
TRX/OCR Training: Workout designed for those that are planning to do an Obstacle Course Race (OCR) and/or for those that just enjoy the challenge of the workout. Intermediate to Advanced.
TRX Strength & Cardio: Intervals of strength and cardio moves for a total body workout. Intermediate to Advanced.
