This women-only program at the Deer Path YMCA is designed for those who may feel intimidated at the thought of joining a gym or feel that they are too out of shape to get started with a fitness program and stay motivated to achieve their goals.

This program offers group exercise classes and individual strength/fitness instruction and support.

Monday 1:15pm
Tuesday 1:30pm
Wednesday 11:00am
Wednesday 6:45pm
Thursday 12:30pm
Friday 12:00pm

Give our Women’s Living Well Club a try!  The hardest step is the first one…coming through the door.  Our warm welcoming staff is available to meet with you to discuss your fitness goals and concerns.  We look forward to helping you achieve a healthier lifestyle.
