YOUTH FITNESS CLASSES
Check out our Youth Fitness Classes for kids ages 7 to 12 years old. We offer a wide variety of classes designed to teach kids that being healthy can be fun! Classes are offered after school. All classes are included free with a full family membership. Children must be signed in and out by an adult. Classes are held in our Healthy Living Studio.
For your child to have a positive and safe fitness experience, please have them wear comfortable sneakers, comfortable loose clothing they can move in and bring a water bottle.
