Tabata is a term you hear a lot in fitness. We offer Tabata Group Fitness classes and you can experience tabata intervals in cycling class, personal training, TRX …. everywhere. Tabata is simply a drill: 20 seconds working at max capacity, 10 seconds resting, repeat. You can try it on a cardio machine: BURST/SPRINT for 20 seconds, rest for 10, BURST/SPRINT, REST….. Repeat 8 times for a full tabata cycle. Repeat for 30 minutes and you’ve completed a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout. Guaranteed to burn calories and fat. Give it a try!
