September has always been my ‘NEW YEAR’. Summer’s over, kids go back to school, and routines are back in place.  It’s a perfect time for something NEW. This month, set NEW GOALS, map out a plan, and schedule the time you’ll need to be successful!

Embrace variety in your life.  Find YOUR NEW:  A new fitness class, change of reps and weight amounts, new exercises, or perhaps new workout clothing.  Whatever you choose, don’t let yourself get caught in monotony.

Enjoy your life and the many resources that surround you.
