How do you get motivated to change the behaviors that keep you from reaching your fitness goals?

Whether it’s maintaining consistency in your exercise routine, modifying the intensity of your workout, making good food choices, or eliminating stress, I’ve found that for me, true motivation for change occurs when I am finally at the place where enough is enough.  Period.

Make today that day! Jump on the bandwagon of change and get motivated to reach your health and wellness goals BEFORE the end of 2018. Rethink and restart. You got this!

Deer Path Facility Update & Delayed Opening

Due to a water system improvement, the Deer Path Branch will be closing the pool, locker room area, and drinking water fountains at 8:00 pm on Thursday, 12/13. Bottle water will be available at Welcome Center.

The Deer Path Branch will have a delayed opening on Friday, 12/14 at 12:00 pm. Youth and adult classes scheduled prior to noon will not take place.

 The Round Valley Branch will be open regular hours. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we make this necessary update.
