I’m often asked what’s the best way to lose weight, and my answer is almost always: Strength training and MORE CARDIO! Cycling is one of THE BEST cardio workouts available. Why “Coach By Color” cycling? The goal of the entire program is simply to improve your riding experience and help you achieve your fitness goals. I’ve also found that the color tracking definitely keeps you accountable.
Since the launch of our new cycling classes, members have had a lot of good things to say: “I didn’t realize I’d been slacking in my intensity level all of these years,” and “I’ve lost 4 pounds since the new Coach By Color classes began.” These statements are EXCITING!
