Erika’s Tip – Keeping Resolutions
Have you made a New Year’s resolution?
Many of the most popular New Year’s resolutions are centered around living a healthier, more balanced life. Try to stay away from resolutions that include a very specific goal – losing 20 pounds, working out 5 times a week.
Examples of more broad resolutions:
- Make more time for myself (working out, reading)
- Reduce stress (take a yoga class, meditate)
- Fuel my body the right way (eat more vegetables, home cooked meals)
- Try new things (learn to cook a new ethnic dish, try a new class at the gym)
