Happy New Year, my readers!
You’ve probably got your New Years Resolution goals set. Let’s make sure they are SMART to ensure you’re set up for success.
SMART goals are:
Specific: Make your goal clear and easy to understand. (example: Get healthier by losing weight)
Measureable: You will know when you reach your goal by…..how you feel? What you see? (example: when you lose 5 pounds)
Attainable: Be realistic. (Is 5 pounds realistic for you?)
Relevant: The goal must be important to YOU.
Timely: Set a reasonable target date for your goal. Knowing you have a deadline is motivating. (Lose 5 pounds in 3 months)
