This week, make one small change and do it well.  Here’s a list of simple ideas to help you move one step forward to a healthier heart.


  1. Take a 10 minute walk as your schedule allows.
  2. Prepare great veggies ahead of time for a convenient grab-n-go anytime snack.  (I HEART mini peppers and snap peas).
  3. Grab some books or soup cans and do an impromptu 10 reps of bicep curls or shoulder presses.
  4. Journal one blessing from your day before your head hits the pillow.
