This week, make one small change and do it well. Here’s a list of simple ideas to help you move one step forward to a healthier heart.
- Take a 10 minute walk as your schedule allows.
- Prepare great veggies ahead of time for a convenient grab-n-go anytime snack. (I HEART mini peppers and snap peas).
- Grab some books or soup cans and do an impromptu 10 reps of bicep curls or shoulder presses.
- Journal one blessing from your day before your head hits the pillow.
