July finds us over the 2019 half-way hump and rapidly descending down the hill towards 2020.  I can certainly feel the momentum with kids graduating and my nest soon becoming empty.

With all the busy-ness and exciting life happenings that YOU are enjoying, how are your 2019 fitness goals progressing?

Are you sustaining your energy, progressing towards your goals, truly satisfied with your health and wellness endeavors?

I have dedicated July to FINISHING STRONG and I invite you to do the same.

I encourage you to put a “finisher” at the end of your workout several times a week.  A FINISHER is designed to give the last few minutes of your workout MAXIMUM effort.

Here’s today’s FINISHER: 


Grab a Kettlebell weight of your choice.

Perform 10 reps of Kettlebell swings followed immediately by 10 burpees.

Perform 9 reps of Kettlebell swings and 9 burpees…continuing the countdown….8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1.

Move through the reps as quickly as possible.

Feel the EXHAUSTION, EXHILARATION, and unexplainable ENERGY!
