Finish strong through 2019 as we propel towards 2020!

Today’s Finisher is focused on a total body metabolic circuit, rotating from lower body to upper body for maximum caloric burn. Grab your timer and perform these 4 body weight exercises for 30 seconds each:

Burpees – 30 seconds

Jumping Jacks – 30 seconds

Sit-ups 30 – seconds

Squat Jumps – 30 seconds

Rest 30 – seconds at the end of the circuit.

Repeat circuit 2 more times.

Finish strong!
