Continuing with our August theme of Challenges, here’s a CORE CHALLENGE. 

You can add it to the remaining weeks of the Push-Up Challenge OR start fresh when your Push-Up Challenge is completed.  This CORE CHALLENGE has several push-ups involved and some plank variations.

Whether you choose to double up the challenges or save one for September, you can’t go wrong.
