The key to making fitness a priority is to make it part of your lifestyle. As the kids head back to school and you re-adjust your schedule, think about how you can prioritize to make time for you!

Here are some ideas to help you get you started:

  1. Turn daily activities into exercise: Can you walk for some of your errands? Look for opportunities to get more exercise instead of taking the short cut.
  2. Be consistent: 30 minutes of exercise a day can be enough! If you skip a day, simply pick up the following day and get moving again.
  3. Fuel well: Pack a healthy lunch for those busy days of errands and meetings. It’ll keep your blood sugar levels steady and give you more energy at the end of your day.
  4. Schedule Me time: Get to the gym in the morning and then proceed full throttle ahead to the rest of your daily activities.

Fall into a healthy routine, it’ll help you become the best version of YOU!
