Gratitude is the “happiness fuel” that can help fill your fitness tank. When you approach fitness with gratitude, you don’t just show up for a workout, gratitude helps you show up BETTER!
Reflect on 2019, not with angst or remorse over what could’ve or should’ve been, but reflect with gratitude for what you have accomplished over the past 10 months. Be grateful for the health you have, the days you stuck with your plans, and the people who’ve helped and encouraged you along the way.
