Let’s make it Don’t Quit December!

I know what you’re thinking. December is soooo busy:  holiday parties and programs, hustling and bustling with lots of errands for gifts and food, hanging with friends and family which involves copious amounts of time and food consumption.

But….DON’T QUIT!  Keep some discipline in your schedule and persist in making time for YOUR HEALTH.  December might not be the best month to start a weight loss plan, but consistent exercise throughout your demanding holiday schedule will help you end 2019 strong and catapult you towards your 2020 vision….which we’ll talk about soon!
