Are you ready for some changes in your health and wellness routine?  As we eagerly await 2021 and a NEW YEAR, NOW is a great time to re-evaluate your fitness goals:  physically and mentally. 

  1. Are you enjoying your current fitness routine?  Do you even have a fitness routine at this point in 2020? 
  2. Are you getting results?
  3. Are you energized after your workout? 

If you answered ‘NO’ to the questions above, consider implementing these small changes to help you find  JOY in your workout again. 

  1. Change up your workout with something completely different.   
    1. Find a new fitness app.   
    2. Sign up for our new and safely launched group fitness classes now taking place indoors at our Y branches with social distancing.
  2. Get a new playlist that motivatesyou
  3. Phone a friend and create a new fitness plan.  Make plans to tackle your new plan together!
