TRIATHLON PREPARATION PROGRAMMING
We’re proud to offer an exclusive Total Immersion Effortless Endurance Freestyle Workshop for you! Total Immersion is a skill-based approach to swimming better. Total Immersion instruction puts you at ease in the water, then teaches you to cleverly adapt human anatomy to swim more like an aquatic animal. When you learn these skills, you will be able to:
- Swim farther and faster using less energy
- Enjoy every stroke and improve continuously
- Swim free of injury or pain
This workshop is appropriate for adult swimmers who feel comfortable in the water. It is recommended for people who can swim at least 50M of freestyle (crawl stroke).
You will learn balance and core stability. Coaches will teach you how to reduce drag and how these fundamentals make breathing far easier.

Schedule:
7:30am-8am – Check-In, Intro, & Orientation
8am-10am – 1st Pool Session, Filming, Group Instruction
10am-10:30am – Light Snack, Video Review
10:30am-12pm – 2nd Pool Session, Group Instruction, Final Filming
12pm-1:30pm – Working Lunch, Video Review, & Plan for Continued Improvement
