Absolutely Terrified!
If you are afraid of the water and cannot swim, this is the class for you! Small group with focus on adjusting to the water, gaining confidence and basic safety and survival skills such as floating and treading. Course designed to get you comfortable and safe in the water.

Adult Beginner Lessons
It is never too late to learn to swim!  Our patient and experienced instructors know how to guide the most timid swimmer.  Instruction includes basic water safety and survival, treading water, front crawl, backstroke, sidestroke and diving techniques are taught according to individual progress. 

Adult Intermediate Lessons
Improve your technique and learn new swimming strokes for fitness swimming or sport.  Instruction includes front crawl, backstroke, sidestroke and diving techniques as well as basic treading water and basic water safety and survival. Skills are taught according to individual progress.

Triathlon Swim Training
This workout addresses the top skills needed to improve swimming in a triathlon. Swimmers are taught to move through the water more efficiently by using their core muscles and focus on balance and active streamlining in the water. Drills used teach an awareness of the dynamics of swimming over and above the development of simple strength and power. this is a thinking person's swim course.
