We believe that Active Older Adults (ages 62+) are a vital part of our community. The heart of our Active Older Adult Program is connection – our goal is to connect you with staff, volunteers, fellow members, and programs that are meaningful to you.
Aquatic exercise is an ideal way to get or stay in shape and you move at your own pace in all classes. The pool is warm and the staff are friendly. Aquatic Programs take place at the Deer Path Branch. Open swim time (Senior Swim) is also available.
We offer a variety of Wellness Programs designed to welcome people where they are. Programs include LIVESTRONG for cancer survivors, One Step for adults with MS, Enhance Fitness for adults with arthritis, as well as a variety of programs for those desiring a healthier lifestyle. All Wellness Programs take place at the Deer Path Branch.
In addition to our Fitness Centers, 40+ adult group fitness classes are available each week. From beginner to advanced, we offer something for everyone. Adult Group Fitness classes are included with full membership and take place at both the Deer Path and Round Valley Branches.
