Adult Group Fitness classes are included with full membership. Members must be 12 or older to participate in Adult Group Fitness classes. Indoor Cycling classes require Reserved passes (available 15 minutes before each class, no advanced registration required.) Bosu HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
Utilizing Bosu HIIT, class is structured bouts of short, intense exercises with less intense exercises designed to improve cardiovascular system, athletic performance and conditioning, and improve fat burning.

Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates and body weight, this workout combines squats, lunges, presses and curls, with functional integrated exercises. Dynamic music and a motivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate up, make you sweat and push you to a personal best.
A challenging, high- intensity interval workout. Each Tabata round is a maximum intensity interval for 20 seconds, with 10 seconds of recovery. Intermediate to Advanced.
