The Lifestyle Balance Program is a 16 week program designed for those wanting to eat healthier, make better lifestyle choices, and lose weight. Participants will learn new ways to cook and discover new food to try, in a fun, supportive environment. The class will meet on Wednesdays at the Deer Path Branch. Registration is required.
Full Facility Y membership is required. The class has a $100 fee, with potential credit based upon meeting specific criteria. Register on-line or at the Welcome Center.
