Moving for Better Balance is a 60 minute Tai Chi based class that helps participants feel stronger, have better balance, greater flexibility and feel more confident in everyday activities. It is a 12-week program that meets twice a week at our Deer Path Branch, each class builds upon the previous class for greater success. Registration is required.
Schedule: Monday and Wednesday – 3:00pm to 4:00pm
