Packages must be paid in full prior to scheduling a training session. 24-hour advanced cancellation policy to reschedule a session or will be charged for scheduled session. All sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Non-member rates available for eligible participants.

Training 4 2 Launch

We know there is strength in numbers and we’re pleased to announce our new ‘Training 4 2’ Personal Training program. Training with a partner is more FUN and proven to be more effective in keeping you accountable to your fitness goals.

Both you and your training partner will need to purchase one of our 30 minute session packages. Training 4 2 sessions are 60 minutes and you will each be charged for 30 minutes of the session. The best training partners have similar goals in mind and enjoy similar styles of training.

Feb. 10-16:  Purchase a training package along with your training partner to receive a complimentary Y bag with water bottle and energy snack.  See the Welcome Center staff today.
