Small Group Training provides an opportunity for Y members to experience the expertise and motivation of a Certified Personal Trainer. It is small enough to provide individualized attention but big enough to enjoy camaraderie while training diligently.

SPECIAL EDITION –  SMALL GROUP TRAINING

TRX:  FUNCTIONAL

TRX:  Functional is designed to teach the foundations of TRX Suspension Training. It’s fast paced, but easily adapts to either High or Low impact. TRX training promotes increased:  strength, balance, flexibility, core strength, and bone density. Session Level: Beginner to Intermediate.

TRX: Circuit infuses bursts of cardio with the TRX Suspension Trainer. It guarantees a full body, high intensity workout and promotes balance, strength, flexibility, core strength, and bone density.  Session Level:  Intermediate to Advanced.
