TRX Session Descriptions:
TRX Circuit: Full body boot-camp style cardio/strength workout. Intermediate to Advanced.
TRX Gold: Workout designed to make daily living activities easier; focuses on joint mobility, strength, balance and flexibility movements. All Fitness Levels.
Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Packages expire 12 months from date of purchase. Packages must be purchased before attending sessions. Non-member rates are available to eligible participants.
