Our Wellness Programs are designed to meet the needs of our members and our community. Our goal is to make the Hunterdon County community healthier. We encourage you to learn about the Wellness Programs we offer at the HCY and how these programs can help you or someone close to you.

If you have questions about any of our Wellness Programs, please contact Teri Saccal, Director of Healthy Living at tsaccal@hcymca.org or 908 483-4933.

According to certified instructor, Beth Carpenter, “Our Wellness Programs welcome people where they are, whether they have a recent diagnosis or they have been living with health issues for some time.
