Our Wellness Programs are designed to meet the needs of our members and our community. Our goal is to make the Hunterdon County community healthier. We encourage you to learn about the Wellness Programs we offer at the HCY and how these programs can help you or someone close to you.

According to certified instructor, Beth Carpenter, “Our Wellness Programs welcome people where they are, whether they have a recent diagnosis or they have been living with health issues for some time. The programs are designed to accommodate various levels of capability and can be adjusted as changes occur. These are great programs and I hope people will give them a try.”
Lifestyle Balance Program
A program for people who want to eat healthier, make better lifestyle choices, and lose weight.
Women’s Living-Well Club
A program for women who feel intimidated by the thought of joining a gym or feel they are too out of shape to get started with a fitness program.
Moving for Better Balance
A program to help people feel stronger, have better balance, improve flexibility, and feel more confident in every day activities.
One Step for MS
A program created for adults that have been medically diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis.
LiveStrong at the YMCA
A physical activity and well-being program designed to help adult cancer survivors achieve their holistic health goals.
A group exercise program for older adults that uses simple, easy-to-learn movements that motivate individuals (particularly those with arthritis) to stay active.
