Reminder to parents

For Camp Changes – You will receive a response to this request within 24-48 business hours once it has been reviewed by accounting/billing staff. You will be contacted regarding whether the change has been completed or if the change was not possible due to availability.

For Cancellations – Cancellations of a session at any time will result in the forfeiture of the non-refundable $100 deposit per session.
Our refund policy is as follows:
-100% refunded (less $100 deposit) if cancellation received one month prior to the start of session.
– 50% refunded (less $100 deposit) if cancellation received three weeks prior to the start of session
– 0% refunded if cancellation received less than three weeks prior to the start of session.
