Reminder to parents

For Camp Changes – You will receive a response to this request within 24-48 business hours once it has been reviewed by Tracy Pieper, Program Billing Coordinator. You will be contacted regarding whether the change has been completed or if the change was not possible due to availability.

For Cancellations – Cancellations of a session at any time will result in the forfeiture of the non-refundable $100 deposit per session. Our refund policy is as follows: – 100% refunded (less $100 deposit) if cancellation received one month prior to the start of session. – 50% refunded (less $100 deposit) if cancellation received three weeks prior to the start of session – 0% refunded if cancellation received less than three weeks prior to the start of session.
