Open Enrollment is on a tryout basis for swimmers ages 8 to adult with special needs. Special Olympics swimming is a great physical and social experience for those of all ages.
Swimmers must be able to participate in a group and demonstrate the following:

- Swim one length using an easy, resting backstroke; and,

After the tryout assessments, for those who qualify, families will be requested to fill out the Special Olympics New Jersey Participation Packet. This is a requirement of Special Olympics of NJ. This must be completed before the swimmer begins swim practice.
