While the upcoming holidays involve celebration with family and friends, they can also be stressful.

Certified yoga instructor, Gail Seckrettar, will help you learn how your body responds to stress and how yoga practices can help you.

Learn body postures, breathing techniques, and meditation practices to:

  • Reduce and relieve stress
  • Feel more centered
  • Calm your mind

Gail Seckrettar is also a certified yoga therapist and TRE (Tension/Trauma Releasing Exercises) provider. In addition to leading yoga classes at the Y, Gail specializes in private yoga therapy sessions for anxiety, insomnia and trauma recovery.

The presentation will be held in the Fitness Studio at the Deer Path Branch.
