Do you eat when you’re stressed? Do you eat when you’re not hungry? Is it challenging to lose weight or maintain a healthy body weight? Try eating mindfully!

Mindful eating is a non-diet lifestyle approach to:

  • Uncover underlying food cravings
  • Identify eating patterns and triggers
  • Learn strategies to address mindless eating

Join yoga therapist/meditation instructor Gail Seckrettar for an introduction to awareness-based meditation techniques to support eating mindfully.

The event will be held in the Fitness Studio at the Deer Path Branch.

This is a free event, but please register at the Welcome Center or online at www.hcymca.org/fit-feb.

Open to All Y Members and Staff.  Bring a friend!
