Increase your chances of surviving an attack with some easy to remember self defense skills. Gain the knowledge of situational awareness. Learn where to strike, what to strike with, and how to break free from common attack holds. Learn defense skills for standing, sitting, and on the ground.
Program is taught by Hunterdon County YMCA Martial Arts Instructors Jack Atwell, 9th degree Black Belt, and Beth Carpenter, 7th Degree Black Belt.
