The wait is over – we are extremely excited to bring you a new cycling experience with the IC7 cycles. Two amazing new classes:
IGNITE! – Fire up your cycling training with cutting-edge digital platform features that create an exciting ride experience through competition, vivid data visualization and encouragement. Get Fired Up!
Virtual Cycling – A scenic cycle ride exploring virtual roads and trails enhanced by Coach By Color.
These new cycling classes will premiere on Saturday, February 2:

9:30am Virtual Cycling
Advanced registration is required for our launch on February 2. After February 2, reserved passes available at the Welcome Center 15 minutes before start of each class.

Mindful eating is a non-diet lifestyle approach to:
- Uncover underlying food cravings
- Identify eating patterns and triggers
- Learn strategies to address mindless eating
Join yoga therapist/meditation instructor Gail Seckrettar for an introduction to awareness-based meditation techniques to support eating mindfully.

Training 4 2 Launch
We know there is strength in numbers and are pleased to announce our new ‘Training 4 2’ Personal Training program. Training with a partner is more FUN and proven to be more effective in keeping you accountable to your fitness goals. Both you and your training partner will need to purchase one of our 30 min session packages. Training sessions are 60 min and you will each be charged for 30 min. of the session. The best training partners have similar goals in mind and enjoy similar styles of training.
Feb. 10-16: Purchase a training package along with your training partner to receive a complimentary Y bag with water bottle and energy snack.

Small Group Training TRX Starts
Small Group Training provides individualized attention from your trainer and the camaraderie of friends. Two awesome new Special Edition Small Group Training TRX options:
SMALL GROUP TRAINING – TRX: FUNCTIONAL
Tuesdays at 10:30 am | Feb 19-March 26 at the Deer Path Branch
TRX: Functional is designed to teach the foundations of TRX Suspension Training. It’s fast paced, but easily adapts to either High or Low impact. TRX training promotes increased: strength, balance, flexibility, core strength, and bone density. Session Level: Beginner to Intermediate
SMALL GROUP TRAINING – TRX: CIRCUIT
Saturdays at 10:30 am | Feb 23-March 30 at the Deer Path Branch
TRX: Circuit infuses bursts of cardio with the TRX Suspension Trainer. It guarantees a full body high intensity workout and promotes balance, strength, flexibility, core strength, and bone density. Session Level: Intermediate to Advanced

Get Y Fit – Weight Loss Challenge Kick-Off
Tuesdays 7:00-8:00 pm | February 26 – April 16 at the Deer Path Branch
8 weekly sessions include weigh-ins, discussion, and physical activity.
Main topics to be covered:
- Making Healthier Lifestyle Choices
- Setting Manageable Goals
- Creating a Fitness Plan and Sticking To It
Also includes journal to track progress, food choices, and personal comments throughout the 8 week challenge. Social media support will also be available.
Prizes awarded for highest overall weight loss percentage based on initial weigh-in (1st, 2nd, and 3rd place).
