Discover Your Antibody Test Status When You Give Blood
For a limited time, the American Red Cross will test all blood, platelet and plasma donations for COVID-19 antibodies as an additional health service to our donors. This testing will provide critical insight into whether donors may have possibly been exposed to this coronavirus. The American Red Cross blood drives are considered essential services. The Red Cross is allowed to operate blood drives during this crisis, and are taking additional steps in accordance with the CDC guidelines to ensure Social Distancing and Safety Precautions. The American Red Cross has the support of the Surgeon General, the CDC and the FDA.
Blood Donors: Please bring picture identification and remember to eat a healthy breakfast and drink a lot of fluids before donating!

Hunterdon Medical Center would like to decorate the windows and halls of the hospital with positive messages to encourage their staff on the front lines. They are asking Y families to create signs of support and use a blue heart in their design to symbolize the courage and commitment of our healthcare heroes. Send Letters/Cards to Local Nursing Homes and Care Facilities
Nursing homes and hospitals caring for our vulnerable elderly population during the COVID-19 outbreak, are not allowing any visitation. Brighten a seniors day by sending a card or letter.

The Meals on Wheels in Hunterdon mission is to assist the homebound elderly and/or disabled residents of Hunterdon County, NJ maintain their independence by enhancing their nutritional health. Consider helping as a donor or volunteer.
