Michelle Williams is a Personal Trainer certified by The National Council for Certified Personal Trainers. She is also an endurance athlete who has covered 13.1, 26.2 and 70.3 mile events! As a former coach, she inspired a younger generation in the pursuit of health and fitness as a youth running club Head Coach and as a lead instructor of several youth programs at the YMCA, including Triathlon Training.

Currently, she trains adults in the areas of weight loss, strength and conditioning and the restoration of their lives to a more youthful and energetic level. 

In Michelle’s spare time, she tries to spend as much time as possible in the great outdoors and is always searching for the next adventure through the woods or around the water.
