YMCA Personal Training Mission:
Our personal training mission is to provide a cause and results-driven program in a holistic, well designed and methodological approach with custom individualized programming.  Our exceptional services are based off: Education, Family, and Development.

Education:
Experimentally proven methods to continually provide results in the fastest and safest methods possible towards your destination. We take pride in having trainers exclusively certified through accredited programs. We will educate our clients during the process to enhance ownership.

Family:
Together we get better. The relationships developed through personal training are everlasting and a lifetime memory

Development:
At our Y…we transform lives. Through fitness, we provide opportunities to empower self-confidence, accountability and excellence.

Personal Training Procedures & Policies: Packages must be paid in full prior to scheduling a training session. Client must notify personal trainer 24 hours in advance to reschedule a session, or will be charged for scheduled session. All sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. All packages expire within 8 months from the date of purchase.
