SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Small Group Training provides an opportunity for Y members to experience the expertise and motivation of a Certified Personal Trainer. It is small enough to provide individualized attention but big enough to enjoy camaraderie while training diligently.
INTRO TO WEIGHT TRAINING
Under the care and expertise of a Certified Personal Trainer, prepare yourself for a Small Group Training experience learning SOLID skills and precise weight training techniques.
In each session you get a Full Body STRENGTH and CORE workout. The culmination of this 6 week course will be a final session in the weight room where your newfound skills and techniques will leave you feeling motivated and empowered!

TEEN GIRLS: MAKING GAINS (13-17 YRS)
An environment for teen girls to focus on not what they can lose, but on what they can GAIN; confidence in working out, healthy body image, eating, and social interaction. Each week for 45 minutes we will workout together, supporting each other mentally and physically. The final 45 minutes of each session will feature a relevant topic geared to teens and facilitated by an adult professional.

TRAINING MALE ATHLETES: OFF SEASON OVERLOAD (17+ YRS)
Raise your hand if coach said, “KEEP IN SHAPE OVER THE SUMMER!” Don’t panic, we’ve got you covered and we’ll even supply some of the motivation through our HCY Certified Personal Trainer. Join our small group training for your off season overload of high intensity cardio, strength, speed, and agility training. Prepare for your best season!
