Tai Chi/ Qigong
Bring your friends, let go of your stress, balance your energies and have some fun. Qigong is defined as a holistic system of coordinated body posture and movement, breathing, and meditation used in the belief that it promotes health, spirituality, and martial arts training.
With roots in Chinese medicine, philosophy, and martial arts, qigong is traditionally viewed as a practice to cultivate and balance qi (chi), translated as “life energy”.

Register for one day (either Monday or Wednesday) or both days
About the Instructor:
Tom Tague is certified as a Qi Therapist, Reiki Master/Teacher, and Qigong-Tai Chi Instructor.
Member of the National Qigong Association, and the Reiki Membership Association.
