Eric Dimestria has been a Personal Trainer since June, 2016. Certified through ACE, the American Council on Exercise, he has also earned a degree from Raritan Valley Community College in Exercise Science. Eric is also certified in TRX. He currently has specializations in Weight Management, Sport-Specific Training, and Agility, Balance, and Coordination.
Eric enjoys working with a wide variety of clients, from high school athletes to older adults with little exercise history. Eric loves to engage and make new members comfortable right from the first session. Eric believes, “One of the most important parts of personal training is building a good rapport with the clients.” He has worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels, and has experience in injury rehabilitation and prevention.
Eric says, “If you asked me to describe my training style, I couldn’t define it in one way. I like to personalize each client’s workout plan to meet their needs and wants. Each member gets a different experience!”
Eric enjoys soccer, basketball, and TRX.
