Heena Chung is certified in Personal Training through ACE and has completed the Orthopedic Exercise Specialist Program. She also holds certifications in Yoga and Group Fitness.
Heena has always been an advocate for good health. Her principles are simple: start with perseverance, stay consistent, and remain disciplined.
Heena takes the time and effort to learn about each client’s interests. Taking into consideration their physical and mental readiness, she creates a workout plan to help them not only achieve their goals, but appreciate and enjoy the journey along the way.
In her personal time, she loves cooking, running, hiking, reading and learning new yoga and training techniques. She also enjoys challenging her husband and daughters to follow along in her healthy lifestyle.
