Liz has been a vital part of the HCY Group Fitness program teaching a wide variety of classes. After completing her Personal Training certification with ACE, she now combines all her fitness experience and exercise knowledge to challenge members one-on-one. Liz believes the more ways you move your body differently, the more fit you are. She’ll change up your workout to keep challenging your body and to keep you from getting bored.
