Mikaela Kane is a NASM certified Personal Trainer, a TRX Instructor, and a Fitness Center Associate. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science from Rutgers University in May, 2018, and intends to pursue her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Mikaela has always been very active, and her never-ending energy suits her best for endurance activities. Her true passion for fitness began when she ran Varsity Track and Field and Cross Country for Delaware Valley Regional High School. She became a member of the Y to stay in shape during the offseason, and discovered the world of strength training. She now incorporates all aspects of fitness into her lifestyle, not only to keep it interesting, but to constantly challenge herself in new ways.
Mikaela’s favorite activities include Tough Mudder races and half/full marathons. She particularly enjoys the mental challenge that comes with training for endurance races, and is looking forward to maybe one day completing a 24-Hour Tough Mudder or Ultra-marathon
Mikaela looks forward to helping clients push through their limits and realize how fitness can improve more than their physical well-being.
