Sharon Patel enjoys working with people and is passionate about fitness. She is certified through ACSM as an Exercise Physiologist and is in the process of finishing up her Bachelor of Exercise Science at Liberty University. To help her clients achieve their fitness goals, Sharon likes to tailor the workout plan to each individual, taking into account their likes and dislikes, their fitness level and their specific goals. Pursuing a healthy lifestyle is important to Sharon. She encourages and challenges others to be the best version of themselves. Besides fitness, Sharon loves hiking, reading, and painting.
