Through our Group Fitness Partner, MOSSA, we are able to offer the MOSSA Move virtual workout platform FREE for 14 days. This is a streaming service that you can enjoy at home and includes member favorites such as Groove, Power, and Core, plus new options. Performance Rehabilitation

Performance Rehabilitation is offering a number of innovative resources for YMCA members.

The Walking Book Club by accredited HCY Fitness Instructor Julie Kaminski
Good for your brain and your body.  The Walking Book Club is a free online community designed to make exercise and activity more enjoyable, productive and fun.  The only “rule” is that you have to be moving to listen. Click here to get started.

For Active Older Adults

Special fitness classes for active older adults. The Y has always brought people together. During a time of community-mandated closures and recommendations to shut down programs and limit gatherings, Ys are maintaining connections with their communities at a distance online.
