Hunterdon County YMCA Serving as Official Host Location for World’s Largest Swim Lesson
On Friday, June 24th, tens of thousands of children and adults at aquatic facilities around the world will unite for the 7th year in a row to attempt to set a Guinness World Record™ for The World’s Largest Swimming Lesson™ (WLSL). The Hunterdon County YMCA will be serving as an official Host Location for the WLSL 2016 event, which will begin at 10am at the Deer Path Branch pool. The event will feature a 30 minute swim lesson which will cover the basic components of swimming and water safety.
The event is open to the public, free of charge. Interested adults and children should come to the Deer Path Branch, 144 W. Woodschurch Road in Flemington wearing their swimsuits, ready to swim at 9:45 am.
