The gymnastics program is designed for children to have fun while learning gymnastics skills – and lifetime skills such as goal setting, safety, self-discipline and self-confidence.

Gymnastics

We offer 4 sessions of classes per year; Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall, plus special mini-sessions. Please click button below for current program guide, which includes program times, prices, and schedules. Online registration will close at the beginning of each session, but please speak with a staff member at Welcome Center or call 908-782-1030 to find out about class availability.

Parent/Child Tumble & Fun

Ages 1.5-3 years
Play on our indoor gymnastics equipment playground. Great place to let out some energy. Parents are required to stay with children. Register for the session or daily drop in option.

Bubbles, Bounce, & Gym

Ages 1.5-3 years
Our gym will be transformed into a play area with moon bounces, bubbles, and activities designed to support skill development. Bouncing, climbing, sliding, and movement, complimented by music, craft option, and snack. Children ages 1.5-3 must have a parent/guardian present. Register for the session or daily drop in option.

Kinder Gymnastics-Level 1

Ages 3-6 years
This basic intro to gymnastics is perfect for the beginning gymnast. The class will help develop skills of spatial awareness and coordination, develop flexibility, increase strength and balance, promote motor skills, all while having fun and meeting new friends.

Kinder Gymnastics-Level 2

Ages 4-5 years
This class will build on the fundamentals of gymnastics through games, stations, and specific instruction. Children will learn additional skills including tumbling, balance beam, spring board, low bars, and trampoline.

Junior Gymnastics-Level 1

Ages 6+ years
Featuring tumbling and floor skills which will culminate in a floor routine showcase for families.

Junior Gymnastics-Level 2

Ages 6+ years
This class is designed to build on previous skills. Introduction to hand stands, cartwheels, back bends, and body position.
